Cyclone Chido: Solidarity with Mayotte and Its Inhabitants.

On December 14th, Cyclone Chido struck Mayotte with devastating force, leaving behind an island in ruins and a population facing a dire situation: shortages of food, water, and electricity.

In these critical times, we wish to express our full support to the people of Mayotte, the affected families, and our 55 colleagues at SIFA Mayotte, with a special thought for those from whom we are still awaiting news.

Despite the immense challenges they are enduring—some having lost everything in this disaster—our teams continue to demonstrate admirable courage and resilience.

Thanks to their efforts, essential supplies have been delivered to assist the population. Their dedication is truly inspiring, and we extend our deepest gratitude to them.

To all the people of Mayotte: you are not alone. We stand by your side and sincerely hope that you are safe.
